Little things that matter (A Poem)

There are certain things in life we take for granted,

Sometimes, we feel these things are irrelevant or too little to matter,

We often times even disobey the law that nature itself created,

And then we suffer and complain when things fall asunder.

Habit maketh a man, be they good or bad,

The habits of people around you eventually rub off on you,

A bad attitude to others can make them angry or sad,

And the way you treat others, is the same way you'll be treated too.

Riches are for hardworkers not sluggers,

Time and opportunity can only be seized, not earned,

Greedy people will always be cheaters and complainers,

And all gamblers and thieves will have a miserable end.

What you say will come to be, 

And what you desire you will acquire, 

Be a blessing to others, and blessed you shall be,

Pray to God always for he alone can grant your heart's desire.
